Web platform enabling users to fine-tune Stable Diffusion XL with their own images for personalized AI art generation via text prompts.
The Challenge
The client wanted a platform where users could upload their own images and generate personalized artwork using AI. The key challenge was fine-tuning large-scale AI models like Stable Diffusion XL for individual users while maintaining fast, efficient performance at scale.
Our Approach
We built a complete pipeline from image upload to model fine-tuning to custom image generation, all deployed on scalable cloud infrastructure.
User Image Upload & Preprocessing
Users upload images reflecting the style or theme they want to generate. The system automatically processes and standardizes images for the fine-tuning pipeline.
Fine-Tuning Pipeline
The Stable Diffusion XL model is fine-tuned using uploaded images, tailoring the model to each user. The process is optimized for computational efficiency with quick turnaround times.
Custom Model Serving
Each user's fine-tuned model is hosted dynamically, allowing text prompts to generate personalized images. A backend system manages model serving and deployment at scale.
Frontend Interface
A React frontend provides an intuitive interface for uploading images, entering prompts, and generating results with live preview and prompt iteration.
